You have my money but where are my modules?

Unisa, you have my money but where are my modules? It has been three days now and nothing on MyUnisa has been loaded. I have messaged you on Twitter and DM but have received no response, there is clearly no desire on your part to offer your students support of any kind. Your Live Chat consultants on two occasions have offered no logical help and have been short and dismissive with me despite my being calm and patient with them. Either sort out this problem I am having or refund my money.
