You call your selfs a Universaty

<p>I have completed a course with Unisa in 2014 with two distinctions but still have not reveived my Certificate .There are no outstanding fees or any reason for Unisa to hold back my document ,After numorous emails and phonecalls they are still blame shifting and keep advising me to phone different departments.I have even been told by Ms M .Dihangwane from Jhb.that the programme I paid for and completed was not really a programme . I mean seriusly then I need a refund. </p>
