This is just absolutely bullpoo! Why do UNISA have phone numbers if you can't even answer them. I know it is absolutely useless to write a complaint as they don't even have the decency to report back. Clearly the fees we have to pay doesn't include communication whatsoever. If I still could, I would rather apply through TUKS or PUKKE.
