Wrong information put my life on hold - no response when enquired

I am busy with my last module at Unisa for my degree. With the last , I failed my supplementary exams - which I found very strange after the way I felt when I left the exam room. Nonetheless, I paid for a remark and wanted to purchase my script at the end of July 2017. I also re-registered and paid the required amount for the module (HRM3705) again so that I can just get it done. Unisa then released a list of modules where students can rewrite a supplementary for free due to hiccups earlier this year. The said module was on the list and I enquired with them whether I will also qualify for the free opportunity. I was told that I do and that they will arrange for a refund and for the registration to be cancelled - which they did. After enquiring close to the end of September about the module not appearing on my timetable, I was told that I did not qualify for the free opportunity and that I will need to re-register for this module. This means that my life has been put on hold for anothe 6 months due to an employee of Unisa giving me wrong information. When I rep**** to their mail and demanded an answer, I was ignored even with my follow-up mail asking for feedback. As mentioned, I have paid for a script purchase, but none have been received till date - form was filled in at the Parow campus. Is it because the script must not be seen by myself? My solution that I get the free opportunity to rewrite and that my script be sent to me asap.
