wrong information given has wasted our time and mo

I am deeply dissatisfied and upset over the services provided by the administrators at unisa campus in Johannesburg. The wrong information they provided us with has cost us money and time. I pay for my sister's tuition , she wanted to get a certificate in education so that she could qualify to study for a degree in education at either UJ or WITS. Registering, for a first-time student can be confusing which is why she opted to go at UNISA campus to get assistance.
