Wrong Information

<p>I visited Unisa in march to enquire about requirements to do a Post Graduate Diploma with Unisa, A lady which I unfortunately didnt take her name told me that I need to do 1 Subject as a non Degree Purpose and for that I need not appply. I must just come in during registration and her senior will override my registration. I did go in yesterday as oer information acquired in March, when I got there another lady told me that I had to apply and she can't assist me now. I will have to apply, do the non-degree subject next year in the first semester and then start my Post Graduate in the seconde semester. The lady did call the one who assisted me in march , after greeting she asked me "Why would I tell you that" I couldn't have told you that because you always have to apply when starting a new qualification, NdP or not. She looked at me with such disgust as if I was some crazy woman, this woman just cost me whole year of my life and she sees nothing wrong with that. I walked out without even an apology, this is pathetic service that we are getting from our sisters. I am really disgusted, I need this lady to be called to task. Her service is disgusting and she doesn't deserve to be working with people or she needs to be trained thoroughly on customer service.</p>
