Wrong Feedback regarding a Diploma.

In I app**** for a formal qualification Diploma in Public Administration and Management (98203) or Diploma in Office Management and Technology (98217) in 2013 was told that I do not qualify, I was required to do a course in numerical skills with the Department of Decision Sciences in order for me to qualify for the Diploma, I did the course and passed in 2014. After I have passed the course I re-app**** in 2015 and now am told that I do not qualify and I should register for a higher certificate. I do not understand why I was not advised to do the Higher Certificate before. I feel that my time and money was wasted by UNISA.What will I achieve with the numeracy skills course that I was told to do????<br> I have wasted more than R5000.00 doing this course now it cannot help me.
