Worst university Unisa

They are just *********** and their system cannot handle the amount of students they have. I have registered to do a module BPT1501. We could not submit assignment 2 as the system was done. Few week passed and still we could not submit. They sent is notices thereafter saying that once we have been grouped we can submit. That happened I still could not submit. They sent out an announcement if you cannot submit contact a certain person. Sent out numerous emails, no response, due date for assignment 3 and 4 are approaching, I cannot access the assignments, I include screenshots of this with my email, to the person mentioned on the announcemen, I get a response saying speak to my TA, the email listed did not work, reached out to the Lecturer, the response was I cannot help you speak to your TA because I have my own students to deal with. Finally I get in touch with me TA at now, which is approaching end of semester, told her the situation, she told me she would relay it to the coordinator, weeks go back no response, I email again for feedback, I get told it's a technical issue on my end and I need to speak to the IT department. So what happens now? I can only submit the last assignment which count for 20% of the overall mark. Which means I fail, I must redo this module, pay for it again with no guarantee that this won't happen again. And what can my TA say "It's not in my control!" .
