Worst University possible to study at

I honesty cannot believe that there are so many students (like myself) that have no other choice as to study at Unisa - part time studies. Off ALL the institutes Unisa is horrific. When trying to call them, you average time to hold on for a call is an hour, if you lucky to get assistance eventually. This is shocking, And supposedly my Unisa should be a helpful tool, not the case. You can't even update your details. Let me not start with how terrible everything is.
