WORST UNIVERSITY

Good day. How do we get hold of UNISA. There were student fees paid 2 months ago to UNISA, but the study fees have still not been allocated to the student number. UNISA is not reachable on the phone. I have been holding on the phone for close on 2 hours with no answer. So basically UNISA is sitting with a stash of my money that is not working and my studies are at a stand still!!! We need answers. UNISA is money hungry but cant deliver on service!!
