Worst Student Enquiry Assistance!

This *********** educational system failed to register my modules. I paid everything days before the closing date. It was such a simple job and they mucked it up. It's unbelievable. Their call center is pathetic - you stay on the line waiting for an agent minimum half hour and when they pick up they drop the phone on you immediately. They SOUND like they HATE that you called in and wish you'd disappear no matter how nice you are in relating your issue. When you email, they restate your complaint without helping to fix anything, e.g. "You have not been registered" - I KNOW, THAT'S WHY I'M EMAILING YOU! I want to sue them as this registration was meant to be my final semester and they clearly can't or are uninterested in fixing the issue.
