Worst Service on this Planet!!

The call centre is useless, not sure what the purpose is because none of the 'student advisors' can advise the students appropriately. I had to call your 'call centre' three times with no success! If this is how it goes when you try and apply to register, what is it like trying to study? Worst is, I'm an existing student trying to complete my degree BEFORE it's phased out in 2023.
