Worst service ever!!! Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic...!!!!!

<p>I have been sending UNISA e-mails for the past month and following up every day and nobody has bothered to respond, not even to tell me they are not willing to assist me!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have left UNISA in the past due to the poor service, however with me working full time I have no choice but to study through them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can I request that any of their senior management contact me to get my issue resolved. I have a whole e-mail chain of how I followed up!!</p>
