Worst service ever. No customer service at all

<p>Incorrect reference number was used when my study fees were paid. Only response I am getting from the nice lady answering the phone at the pe office is to wait. She is unable to even tell me what textbook to get or when my first assignment is due because that information is only provided to students whose accounts are not blocked and I have emailed all relevant docu.ents to them and it is not their problem that I am sitting with this problem. And after I emailed documents to the email address listed in the telephone directory I am asked to fax of as well and they just cannot believe that I do not have a fax machine in the office </p>
