Worst service ever

I'm shocked at the lack of empathy unisa displays at their students..... I'm at the study hall and all the doors are closed...it's almost 33 degrees and the security staff refuses to open 1 door for ventilation!! The windows can't even open.... We ****, sneeze cough in a closed space... This is really shocking.... Oh..... There's is no air conditioning at all...while the staff right in the next building are getting all the fresh air... With air-conditioning... .UNISA management..... Who is the priority here??
