WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

To whom it may concern,<br> <br> I have been studying at Unisa since 2013, and thanks to Unisa's bad service and empty promises I will be studying with Unisa till the day I die, just to get my degree! <br> <br> I finished all my subjects and wished to register for the next semester. When i phoned after not getting any response, I finally got hold of some *********** idiot. They advised me that there was backlog and was unable to process my result, and because of that I can only register the following year. ***?????<br> <br> Unisa, you are a DISGRACE!!! <br> <br> YOU NEVER answer the pone when I'm trying to call, when i send emails it just stays unanswered!!!!! I'm still waiting for a response from you from June 2014 now!!!
