WORST SERVICE AND WORST LECTURER

Unisa has the worst service for any university available They are quick to make u do payments for your course then you could reply same time But now after I paid and need help with the course there’s no one to assist me I firstly started the course late because the intial course I choose was apparently not available this year and was being advertised on their website then I was later informed after I paid the course is not a available Then I chose another course and it took them forver to sort it out on their system which made me 2 weeks delayed The course had already started there was 2 assignments to be completed in the next week I emailed my lecturer for grace I emailed the office unisa emial for extension for the assignment till today I have not gotten any reply, nevertheless I completed my assignments on the due date I then submitted it to my lecturer he does not reply I emial anogher email asking as to where I should submit my assignments they tell me that no assignments can be submitted to your lecturer I ask where they tell on it’s on my life The my life barely works There is nothing on there anything u click on there says nothing here as yet I paid for a course to educate my self The lecturer is useless he never once made any contact with me There were no lectures There were to study material given I get that it’s a short course but the service and ways you guys have are pathetic for a university that’s running for so long Your guys service is ******* If there was a eating for a negative I would happily give you guys the worst rating possible

My advice to anyone goinh to study at unisa don’t go through other universities that are willing to guide,help and support you throughout your journey Unisa is definitely not one of those universities.
