Worst institution! Even worse admin skills!

Most ridiculous institution I’ve ever come across, it is registration period, they have closed their offices for students to be able to go to for help (which is understandable because it’s covid) BUT why put yours phones off????? How are students supposed to get a hold of you if they have a serious problem with registration??? Yes emails have been sent, no reply’s!! What other options do you have if you can not visit the institution, phone them or email them?
