WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>I seriously don't understand why Unisa is called the University of SOUTH AFRICA!!You get there and the consultants give you attitude.First of all they're not wearing name badges.I went to the Career Counseling section and the young lady there was clueless about I was talking about.She referred me to Hall B and when I got there the guy looked irritated.His facial expression was NOT friendly when I asked questions he sounded like a programmed robot...He was busy on the computer,he had no eye contact at all.I don't understand why are they there to assist people if this is their attitude.</p>
