Worst admin at a university

Ive never used this site before, but I just wanted whomever reading this to understand the poor and horrible administration that gets served up by UNISA or University of South Africa. I've tried to register last year with them, only to have my application rejected on the last day by someone working at the Parow branch, saying I can only apply online. Which doesn't make sense as the website gives you an option to apply in person. Anyway I ended up waiting for the next 6 months to apply in August. 17 August 2015 I make my application, documents and all, wait about 5 weeks for a studeny number (which by the way was supposed to be a maximum of 2 weeks). I pay the registration cost and email the proof through. I waited until January to hear that I needed to wait for approval. Registration was a week from closing at this point. And the waiting game started. I tried all their numbers, for cape town, parow, even gauteng (just to get through) ... but alas, never did a call get picked up. Total of about 150 calls went through, no answer. Sent emails to ***. I felt like a stalker. But nothing, except once I got an automated response saying they got my email. Eventually registration closed after an extended time, and even when I rep**** to an automatic email asking me, do I still want to study with Unisa. And yes, I said yes. Sti nothing. I app**** for PGCE and wasted my time, effort, money. I wasted another year trying to further my studies and might end up losing my job position because of it. What can you do with *********** administration staff. People don't Unisa, they dont care about you. I heard CPUT got a proper structure and even part time at other universities. Trust me.
