Worse Learning institution Ever!

What's happening at UNISA their services was never this bad, I'm trying to get hold of the shortcourse or centre of continuous learning but nobody response. The numbers don't work, general enquiries cannot assist. I complained on all their fb pages, received an email of an employee but that person also ignores me flat. I will never ever advise anyone to ever study through this institution ever. Response time sucks big time. They cannot claim they are short staff because if not at work staff should be working from home.
