Why am I even paying UNISA?

Unisa has the worse communication and work ethic. Your emails are ignored and phones are never answered. E-tutors sometimes never respond or guide anyone. This year has been by far the worse experience I have had. I would highly recommend rather try studying through another institution. I do not know what I am even paying for???? They demand pay and due dates to be met but no services is given back? literally study material is also short every time. 3rd of August now and UNISA exam results are still outstanding and my emails have not been rep**** to as they gave a zero for an exam? even a fail doesn't get a zero. Shocking!!!
