Where oh where are the staff at UNISA ?

In fact, they do not deserve a star at all. I have been trying in vain to get reinstated at UNISA. My degree was cancelled because of "poor academic performance". As per the readmissions clause in order to get reinstated I needed to complete a NQF short course with a level 4 or above rating. I completed a NQF level 7 and app**** for reinstatement at beginning of this year. UNISA has still to get back to me. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, nobody at UNISA seems to be giving a damn. I cannot transfer to another university as I will not get my credits. With the level 7 course that I completed, I would have only 8 x modules left to complete my degree. Now that they have not even bothered to return or reply to my calls or emails, I have lost the first semester and am very afraid that I will lose the year at this rate. I had contacted the Ombudsman who referred me to a senior person at UNISA. I emailed this person but once again to no avail. Several of my co-workers are also studying at UNISA and are having the same problem. It is disgusting that we cannot access anyone at UNISA that can assist us.
