When will I get a response if any ?

I recently contacted unisa(mailed,call,visted )them as a needed to transfer all my credits from qualification to the next how difficult can that be ?<br> <br> I have been studying with them over 9 years and each time there service seems to be dropping .<br> <br> They have given me a form to fill in stating that it could be done and I filled in the form and gave it back to them .<br> <br> But after 2 months I have still not heard anything there service is pathetic<br> <br> This whole process is terrible you call you can never get hold of anyone you go there they refer you from pillar to post how the hell do you get through or get feedback ?
