What has happened to Unisa?

I completed my LLB degree last year.

I am still struggling to obtain my qualification certificate. I have sent multiple emails, still no respobse.

I have now visited the PE regional office 4 times and then the security at the entrance sends me away. I had a booking for today, 18/05/2022. Today the security said the staff is on strike. It is starting to become very frustrating as it is difficult for me to get time off from work to visit the regional office.

I would advise any person considering to study at Unisa to reconsider.
