What a rip-off

At the beginning of the semester i requested a book from unisa library it was delivered to me in March, approxi 2 months later. When I got the book it was too late so i put it aside and focused on my 7 modules. Today i paid R3070 which was my fees due and to my absolute shock found that the results was withheld because of an outstanding library book. I phoned unisa and spoke to really *********** people who tried everything in their power to blame me for it. No person took the initiative to sms me and inform me about the \fine"I receive all kinds of ******* sms's from unisa that is totally irrelevant to me but cannot get one that is so relevant. It is clear"
