We need change

Hi All <br> <br> this would be my third year that I would be studying with Unisa but I have the constant issue with contacting them . I work and study my company pays my fees in full in the beginning of the year so from my side I take it I am a good paying student , yet when I have issues with regards to queries I don't get a response. How are we suppose to show some interest in developing ourselves when our educational facilities are not up to standard. I have app**** for registration in December and till now I have not received any feedback. I have app**** for exemption of subjects which was granted and then all of a sudden cancelled without informing and now i cannot receive my certificate yet the staff at Unisa are not helpful at all I NEED HELP ! oh and the telephone lines are never answered
