Waste of time

I went to UNISA on 8/01/18 to pay outstanding amount and register. A lady at Students Debtors assisted me and asked me to go to the library to clear the library locks, on my way I informed the security lady I'm quickly going to the library and coming back, when I got to the library the lady there was rude and directed me to someone called Sam. I went to Sam and he just kept talking telling me that he can't help me only the people in Pretoria can clear the locks, Every time I tried explained to him why I was there he kept saying it doesn't matter. I was very disgusted by the way he wasted my time for nothing. When I went to the registration halls at 15:30 the security I told that I've been sent to the library I'm coming now refused to open for me saying they are closed but opened for a lady that went to fetch her purse in the car. The service I received at UNISA Florida was pathetic after spending hours in the queue. 10 minutes later I checked my account to see if the locks were there and it was clear, after Sam insisted I go to Pretoria
