Waste of my time and money

<p>I recently signed up for a short course at Unisa. Since then i have been struggling to access mylife e-mail account. i have sned numoures e-amails to the university but have not had any response, even from the professor who have been replying to my other e-mails. In the MyUnisa portal there is discussion groups where I have posted 3 different questions about the prescribed book and assignments and there also i dont get a response and my assigments are due next week. I am also enrolled in IT doing a national diploma and I get a response for all my queries, why is this university so inconsistant?</p>
