Was told cannot continue to study

So I emailed them to pause my studies so I complete my move to a different country. they did not do so. Was told to do a one year course which i sent documents for. Now 2 years down the line I still have not continued my program and totally disappointed by the service. Best to do programs with other ODL institutions especially if you travel a lot.
