It is out of shear desperation that I have to resort to Facebook to get this across to you.. You are utterly useless at granting the people who trust you the most to create opportunities and growth in their lives and you decide to rather take their money and run.

I have put in YEARS of work to acquire my LLB, I passed, and I have had to wait a FULL YEAR and to date I still do not have a degree certificate. Despite contacting you countless times, spending my money, I receive the same answer every time - your matter will be addressed.

To date, I am qualified but cannot even get past an interview, every single time having to walk out in shame because I cannot produce a certificate because of YOUR COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE. I have lost time, money and will over this, and believe me when I say I am not the only one.

To anybody considering to study with UNISA, incur debt on their behalf, do not do it. You will put in the time and the money and they will just take both and leave you with nothing.
