Waiting a year for results!

Last year 8 May(2018) I wrote exam on a short course at Vanderbijlpark from Unisa. Two weeks from now will be a year that I'm waiting for my results. After plenty of emails, hundreds of phone calls I'm still waiting. Keep on saying that they are busy with it, can it truly take a year to get my results??
