Waited for my studymaterial for 12days

I registered with unisa on the 25th june and got the message from dispatch that I will receive my study material within 6days with this no UNPE***,I phoned skynet everyday and the parcel was not there and I phone Mdu and Zulu every minute they never answer their calls and Skynet told me that they never.despatched my material.I want my material today please this is bad .assignments are around the corner .I don't appreciate this kind of service and is giving unisa and skynet bad name .it's enough I want my.parcel today student ***7 ML lekgothoane
