Violation of the constitutional rights

Unisa has blatantly violated my constitutional right to fair administrative action, I sent an application for credits as well as permission regarding extra subjects last year in June and again early this year. It is my last year and need an answer regarding these modules. No one has responded neither rejecting nor accepting my application and I have not been furnished with written reasons or explanations regarding my application. <br> This semester a subject that I paid most of my fees for as well as passed was cancelled before final payment could be made, this goes against the accepted practice at Unisa regarding fees.<br> The administrative department at Unisa is no existent and is grossly negligent in its conduct.
