Very poor support for registration problems.

I was unable to register for the previous semester since there was a problem with the online registration. After attempting to call every single number on the Unisa contact us page multiple times and all the numbers either not existing or not ringing at all, I gave up on registrations after the closing date. I was unable to visit the student centre since my busy work schedule could not allow me time off. I did not try to e-mail since on the previous occasion I only received a reply after 3 months, which does not help when trying to resolve a registration query.

I have now received an e-mail from Unisa telling me that I may no longer continue my studies since I did not pass the required number of credits for last year. In my opinion, this is unfair since the system did not allow me to register and Unisa was unreachable when I tried to resolve the problem.

The numbers are now once again still unreachable. This is ridiculous!
