very poor service from Unisa

I sent an email 1st week of July requesting for a refund, I received an auto reply and their customer satisfaction survey, Never heard from them, I called the call center plenty of times, the service is horrible, they keep saying the matter has been escalated, the funds still in the unisa account, I'm moving to another university, their service sucks
