Very poor service

This institution is fast becoming a joke now. It is run like it is a ****a shop elokshin. They do not respond to emails and they never answer their phones basically there is no communication from them unless they are asking you to pay. I have been requesting a copy of my exam script but to this day no one has bothered to respond even after i paid for it. They are really not delivering the service we pay for. My application is still not processed and the staff at Richards Bay are so *********** you basically sit in the queue all day for nothing.
