Very pathetic call centre

I have a problem with my registration. This year i am a final year student but everytime i try to register online they give me an error message. I tried to phone unisa since yesterday to help me with this issue. Everytime i try to call the phone just keep on ringing and no one answers the phone. I have been trying all these nrs that appear on unisa's website.... ********** , ********** , ********** , ********** as student enquiries numbers. I tried all of them over and over and over again but get no response! We pay them a lot of money to unisa and they always demand fees to be paid on time, otherwise they cancel your registration.....but when we need their help they can't even assist us!
