Very bad

I went to apply at unisa for the second time as the first application was not processed properly which does not make sense as I had a person who works there assist me in filling it in. The second time I app**** I had such a bad experience. The one lady was so rude she told me to hurry up and get out after she had pulled the chair out from under me. She told me I was not to sit. What she didn't realise and did let me explain is I had just had a surgery on both ankles and can't stand for more than 10 min at a time. I was also told I didn't need specific subjects when I did and now I'm declined again for next year. I am so disappointed and I'm currently looking else where to study. Unisa is pathetic and I'm going to write about this in the newspaper. The staff at unisa are useless and rude.
