Useless Unisa

Good day.

I am a UNISA student that wrote my last examination for my B.ed Degee in November of 2019. I have passed ALL required modules and was suppose to receive my degree or some sort of confirmation regarding this in April/May 2020.

It is now August 2020 and I have tried to contact Unisa on numerous times, I have sent emails to various departments within UNISA. Up and till today I have NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE!!!!!! I have now been waiting an additional 4 months for my degree or some sort of recognition!!

This is currently affecting my work and finances as I can be appointed by the Department of Education, but cannot do this because of the incompetence of UNISA.

I find it funny how I needed to pay my full tuition before receiving any marks from Unisa, but now that I have paid my dues, I am still the one that is affected negatively from this.

I require SOMEONE from Unisa to contact me in regards to this matter!!!!!!!!!!!
