Useless institution ever!

I have never seen a useless institution like UNISA, i have app**** and paid to view my exam script on 16/03/2020, got mail with reference 20076NX45659, nothing happened, i followed up on the 24th nothing still, now that i have decided to apply for remarking with first viewing my script, i am told that last date for remarking was 31st. huh!
