Useless finance department/system

Their payment system doesn't update. Even when you pay it doesn't reflect. When you register for modules it doesn't reflect. I registered for modules and it didn't reflect. The staff at the branch had to get the financial statements to work. Useless system. Had to go in many times because previous staff members were incapable of performing this function. I don't know why some people are informed on how to use the system and others not. This causes a great inconvenience to students.
