USELESS!!! 3 years of unanswered calls and e-mails

ANGRY WITH FRUSTRATION<br> <br> In the past 3 years i have sent about 40+ emails for assistance in my application, i have never received a single response that has helped me in the slightest.<br> <br> The phone is never answered , i have become so desperate that I phoned every department in unisa without even ONE phone being answered.<br> <br> I have lodged an official complaint with the ombudsman and still NOTHING!!! <br> <br> The most *********** and just plain useless bunch of people i have ever come across!<br> <br> USELESS!!!<br>
