Urgent attention required - Unhappy about the service.

I am are a bursary holder student (NSFAS). Everything was approved and confirmed last year 2021 and I even received text books and money on Intelimali card only once, last year. However, my 2nd semester registration was was also confirmed but I were not granted modules as NSFAS said UNISA sent half of my information and for that reason I am not studying but still waiting in the dark.
