Updated ****en name to Husband Middle Name??

So on several occasions last year I submitted my marriage certificate and ID book reflecting my married name (Fraser) to UNISA. No update to my surname.<br> This year again I queried it and several weeks later I received a notification to say my surname has been updated..... to Hamilton.<br> Now Hamilton is my husbands middle name. So the fact they updated the name to that confirms they received all my documents, as my marriage certificate is the only place they could have taken my husband's middle name from.<br> When I write to them to say you have used his middle name and not his surname I am them \told"(in comma's as UNISA no longer communicates verbally only via emails) that I have to send certified copies of all the documents again.<br> WHAT??!!? <br> <br> UNISA YOU CLEARLY HAVE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AS YOU ALREADY CHANGED MY NAME.<br> THE FACT YOUR ADMINISTRATOR CANNOT READ AND CHOSE THE INCORRECT NAME FROM THE CERTIFICATE NOT ONLY DISTURBS ME BUT HIGHLIGHTS THE QUALITY OF STAFF EMPLOYED THERE.<br> <br> Please correct my name back to my ****en name while I try and get all documents together again and get them certified. <br> <br> NOTE: my husband has 2 middle names"
