Unsatisfactory Treatment

<p>I was sent to submit documents to the Johannesburg branch after being in the queue for 5 hrs I was told that they cant assist me I must take the documentes to the Florida branch. I dont understand why they inconvinancing people like because when I inquired where should I submit these documenst to register I was told to the nearest UNISA branch. Johannesburg Branch is my nearest branch only to be told to go to another branch after spending half of your day to that branch. I am realy dissapointed of their service ... </p>
