Unresolved payment issues at Unisa

I'm a Bachelor of Education student at Unisa, experiencing difficulties receiving my monthly allowance, with no payments made for the past 9 months. Despite confirming my banking details, Unisa staff assure me there are no issues blocking payment. However, the funds haven't been released. I also haven't received my book allowance. During my last visit, I was told payment would come through on the 15th, and I was told that other students who reported about the same issue received their money, but I'm still waiting.I've consistently followed up with the university, but the issue remains unresolved. I seek assistance resolving this matter and receiving overdue payments.
