Unresolved Issues and Poor Student Support

I am deeply disappointed with the level of service and communication I have experienced with UNISA. Despite sending multiple emails and making phone calls, I have received minimal assistance, leaving me frustrated and without clear guidance on how to proceed with my course.

The lack of feedback on my assignments, particularly Assignment 2, and the subsequent failure of the course, is incredibly concerning. It is unacceptable that I was not provided with the necessary information to improve my work, yet I am now expected to redo the entire course.

Additionally, the delayed and unhelpful responses have eroded my confidence in UNISA’s ability to support its students effectively. I sincerely hope that this issue can be resolved promptly and that future students receive the support they deserve.
