Unreponsive, unhelpful just plain UN

<p>The 02/02/2017 my bursary paid my annual registration and tuition fees to unisa. We followed the process as set out by them on their website to the tee. It is the 14/02/2017 and i am in no mood to be loving. I have sent numerous emails and made many calls just for student advisors to tell me that they can not help me and i will jut have to wait. There is nobody that i can escalate it too and i do not have the time to take off from work to visit their offices. Theses individual treat you like they are doing you a favour by having to do their jobs and i just feel that i can and will no longer tolerate such behaviour. #nameandshame #unisa #george #willemmathew #olivia</p>
