Unreachable via phone, unreasonable e-mail response times

<p>Unisa cannot be contacted via phone line. 90% of the numbers on their website don't physically work. It's either always "busy" or there's a "network error". Other numbers ring but no one picks up. The student misdirect enquiries number works but when I'm put on hold I wait 20 minutes only to have the connection terminated.</p> <p> </p> <p>How the hell am I supposed to get any information about my application?</p> <p> </p> <p>I send emails but only get a reply about a week later, depending on the department.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm very annoyed with this poor service.</p>
